Virginia C. Stage, PhD, RDN is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Nutrition Education & Behavior Extension Specialist, and researcher with special expertise in child nutrition and the integration of STEM and health in early learning environments. She is currently an Assistant Professor and Director of The FEEd Lab at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Over the past 15+ years, Dr. Stage has worked with 400+ P-8 teachers nationally on how to integrate learning domains in their classrooms with a special emphasis on science, language, and mathematics.
